Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Email address — when you join the early-access list, we store your email, the page you signed up from, your browser's user-agent string, and your country (derived from your IP by our hosting provider). We do not store your IP address.
- Uploaded files — when the fixing service is live, files you upload (flat files, processing reports) are processed to generate your diagnosis and corrected file, then deleted. We do not retain your catalog data after processing completes, and we never use your files to train any model.
- Anonymous analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To email you about your early-access spot and product updates. No third-party marketing, no list sharing, no spam.
- To process the files you explicitly submit and return results to you.
- To understand aggregate site usage (page views, referrers) via anonymous analytics.
Where your data lives
The site and signup storage run on Cloudflare infrastructure. Payments (when live) are processed by our merchant of record; we never see or store your card details.
Your rights
Email us at [email protected] to unsubscribe or request deletion of your data at any time. We will action requests within 7 days. If you are in the EU/UK, you additionally have the rights provided by GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability); the lawful basis for our processing is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note the new effective date here and email active subscribers.
